Bitget Wallet
Self-custodial wallet covering 130+ blockchains, including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana
What is Bitget Wallet?
Bitget Wallet is a self-custodial Web3 wallet for holding, sending, swapping and earning crypto. It supports 130+ blockchains and millions of tokens, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, TRON, Polygon, Arbitrum and Base. The product was formerly known as BitKeep; Bitget took it over in 2023.
Who is behind it
Bitget Wallet is operated under the Bitget brand. Its website claims 100M users, a figure stated in July 2026.
How the wallet works
The wallet is non-custodial. Users control their mnemonic phrase and private keys, which the wallet says are encrypted and stored with its DESM system using SHA-256, AES-256 and cloud verification. The wallet is available on iOS, Android and Chrome. Its Super DEX aggregates liquidity from hundreds of decentralised exchanges and cross-chain bridges, then routes swaps across supported networks. Cross-chain swaps can automate gas payments, while GetGas supports gas payments with ETH, BGB, USDT and USDC.
Trading tools include multi-path order splitting through the Swap API, which divides larger trades across liquidity sources. Bitget Wallet also offers Earn, a crypto payment card with region-dependent availability, and access to decentralised applications. Its website advertises an earning product for stablecoins and major tokens.
Fees and availability
Swap costs depend on the route, liquidity sources, bridge and network used. The wallet promotes aggregated routing and lower slippage. The Bitget Wallet Card supports crypto spending and transfers, with availability depending on the user’s region. Local stablecoins can be used for card top-ups and QR payments.
Track record and risks
Bitget Wallet completed a SlowMist security audit for Swap Protocol V2, which was made open source and deployed on BNB Chain. The wallet also established a Secure Asset Fund with initial capital of $1 million and doubled its internal contract-audit team. Go+ integrations flag malicious addresses and phishing websites.
Self-custody leaves seed-phrase loss and phishing as direct risks. Browser extensions can contain vulnerabilities, while swaps add routing and bridge exposure to network fees. Earn products carry token and counterparty risk, and the card depends on regional service availability.

Our review
Bitget Wallet combines broad multichain access with self-custody, but its yield products, unclear swap pricing and limited audit scope add risk.
Bitget Wallet is a self-custodial software wallet available on iOS, Android and Chrome. It supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, TRON, Polygon, Arbitrum, Base and more than 130 blockchains, with access to millions of tokens. That breadth increases exposure to phishing, malicious contracts and incorrect network selection.
The wallet stores mnemonic phrases and private keys with the DESM method, which uses sha256, aes256 and cloud verification. It also works with Go+ services to flag malicious addresses, DApps and phishing sites. Swap Protocol V2 was audited by SlowMist and made open source on BNB Chain. The audit covers a swap protocol rather than every wallet component. Self-custody remains the central trade-off: Bitget Wallet cannot recover a lost seed phrase in the usual wallet model, while its social-login wallet uses a different recovery design.
Super DEX aggregates liquidity from hundreds of DEXs and cross-chain bridges, supports cross-chain swaps and lets users pay gas with ETH, BGB, USDT or USDC through GetGas. The routing and gas features reduce manual steps. The wallet also offers Earn for stablecoins and major tokens. Earning products carry contract and counterparty risks that a basic wallet does not.
Bitget took over BitKeep in 2023, with Bitget as its operator. The company says the wallet has 100M+ users and a $300M Protection Fund; those are company claims rather than a substitute for wallet-level controls. The Bitget Wallet Card adds crypto spending and transfers, with region-dependent availability.

What users say about Bitget Wallet
The main positive theme is access to stablecoin yield and staking options, while no complaint is raised by at least two different authors.
In their own words
“The least risky way to make in crypto is via staking tbh, you can't earn money without risk in other ways, try checking out some wallets offering some good APY, the crypto staking give more interest than the bank, I use this personally: but always do your own research before investing.”
“The best way to earn via usdc is, either invest in a token or earn via the yield, while the investment offers you risk as market is volatile, the safest way and easier way is to get a dex wallet and earn the yield, bitget wallet offers 10 APY on usdc.”
Scam warning: A fake trading-job scheme directed users to open Bitget Wallet and deposit funds as part of the scam.
