HashKey Capital

HashKey Capital is the corporate venture capital and asset-management arm of HashKey Group, founded in 2018 and headquartered in Singapore with key operations in Hong Kong. Founded by Dr. Xiao Feng, who serves as Managing Partner, the firm is led by CEO Deng Chao alongside Managing Partner Ryan Chen and partners Xiao Xiao, Mia Mai, and Vincent Lau.

The firm backs digital-asset technologies across early and expansion stages, ranging from base protocols and zero-knowledge systems to decentralized finance. In December 2025, HashKey Capital announced the first close of its HashKey Fintech Multi-Strategy Fund IV at $250 million toward a $500 million target. The firm also manages liquid investment strategies, having secured approval from the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong in February 2025 to offer virtual asset discretionary account management, alongside the debut of its HashKey 20 Index Fund.

Notable investments span infrastructure and financial primitives. HashKey Capital led a $3.75 million Seed round for cross-chain application layer Skate in September 2023 and led a pre-Series A round for distributed compute provider Aethir in July 2023. Other portfolio assets include decentralized exchange platform SynFutures, which completed a $22 million Series B round in October 2023, stateless Layer 2 developer Intmax via a $5 million Seed round in April 2023, and digital-asset custodian Safeheron.

In October 2026, the firm expanded institutional product access by making its HFOL Class A fund available through a tokenized listing on the licensed HashKey Exchange for eligible professional investors.
