Launchpool Labs

Launchpool Labs is a chain-agnostic Web3 incubator and accelerator founded in June 2021 as the incubation arm of Launchpool. Based in London, the program provides pre-seed and seed-stage startups with community building, go-to-market advisory, and early funding support. Roxana Nasoi served as chief executive officer, leading cohorts aimed at bridging founders with pre-public digital asset allocations.

The incubator focuses on sectors including gaming, decentralized finance, artificial intelligence, memes, and consumer applications. Across its early cohorts, participating companies raised more than $5.5 million in pre-public rounds. Projects incubated or backed through the program include dynamic NFT sports platform xG Studios, intelligent digital marketplace NOWwhere, tokenized real estate platform Bricktrade, multiplayer tournament platform MegaFans, credit risk scoring protocol Unicred, and asymmetric multiplayer game Boss Fighters.

In July 2024, Launchpool Labs collaborated with the XDC Network to run the LaunchpoolXDC Accelerator Program. The Europe-centric cohort targeted teams with at least $100,000 in prior angel or pre-seed capital and valuations below $20 million. Selected projects with a technical co-founder received up to $100,000 in direct backing alongside match funding from XDC Network, qualifying them to issue tokens on Launchpool within six months.
