Cointelligence Fund is an early-stage venture capital fund based in London, United Kingdom. Formed out of the broader Cointelligence research and education platform established by serial entrepreneur and angel investor On Yavin, the firm deploys capital into startups building at the intersection of blockchain architecture and artificial intelligence.

The investment team is led by Managing Partner On Yavin alongside General Partner Dr. Kurt Overley, a veteran fund manager and applied mathematician who previously served as partner at White Oak Equity Partners. Operational leadership includes Chief Operating Officer Liran Malul and Portfolio Manager Daniel Ficau, supported by a roster of industry advisors across video game production, retail payments, and digital asset advisory.

Cointelligence Fund targets seed and early-stage rounds, focusing primarily on blockchain-based games, gaming infrastructure, and data platforms. Its portfolio spans competitive gaming titles and Web3 development platforms, including investments in Snook, OP Games, CreoEngine, and CoinScan.
